Challenge: HarborTech operated vessel fleets whose mechanical failures during voyages caused severe cost overruns and schedule disruptions. They wanted to shift from reactive to predictive maintenance.
Product: Deployed Maintenix ML, ingesting historical maintenance logs, sensor telemetry (vibrations, temperature), and operational usage to predict component failure windows. Maintenance windows were scheduled out-of-route.
